HISTORY OF NIFCO INDIA

• 2010

  Nifco India Private Limited was established in June 2010 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Nifco Inc, Japan for manufacturing of Automotive plastic parts for automotive OEM's and Tier 1
• 2011

  Mass Production was started in January with 6 Horizontal Injection Moulding Machines and product was mainly automotive fasteners
• 2012

  1. Nifco India was certified ISO TS 16949: 2009 by DNV
  2. Certification scope is Design, Manufacture and Assembly of Injection Moulded components
  3. Nifco India added 4 more Injection Moulding machines due to increased orders for big interior car parts and fasteners Started production of IP Box for Maruti Suzuki
• 2013

  Started Fuel Filters production to supply to 2W industry by installing Vertical Injection moulding machines
• 2014

  1. Nifco India was certified EMS ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 by DNV in March.
  2. Received 1st customer award from Honda cars for QCD
• 2015

  Received several awards from TKM, Aisin for Best Quality and Delivery
• 2016

  Started production of 2nd IP Box for Maruti Suzuki
• 2017

  Nifco India added 3 more Horizontal Injection moulding machines to cater to increased demand for fasteners in January With a history of continous and consistent growth since inception, Nifco intends to continue with strategic & controlled growth in Y2017 and onwards
• 2018

  Nifco India added 6 more Horizontal Injection moulding machines and implement SAP S 4 HANA.
